D.A.R.E.
Challenging Your Rulebook – Connecting with a different future

Transformation starts with the leader. But you can’t lead others to exciting places you cannot first imagine yourself!

In the first of Jim’s two sessions today, he will cover the foundations of doing things you never thought you could, introduce you to your survival mechanisms and then, together as a group, begin to move past those to explore new possibilities. You’ll get a new understanding of your neuroscience, emotions, you’ll challenge your false, but very convincing, ability to predict the future and get to experience how an elite freediver prepares to push the boundaries of his abilities – 80m under the sea.

Taming Tigers
How to do things you never thought you could

Drawing on Jim’s global bestseller, his second session with us today delivers a complete toolkit for achieving things you never thought you could.

We’ll re-cap the morning’s principles for our new joiners and then accelerate into building the plan to deliver – and avoiding the pitfalls where people so often go wrong. We’ll explore humility and the transformative power of being genuinely vulnerable. You’ll learn the four dimensions of change and your most potent weapon in delivering transformation. Jim will cover the tools that aren’t taught at school, not even business school, but that Jim and his team have used to build transformation in companies from Diageo to Apple and that he has used to become the UK’s deepest freediver and compete as a televised Jockey just 12 months from siting on a horse (alongside his day job).
